Welcome to Medora. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Use restrictions

Research‑only. No clinical use, diagnosis, or treatment. No PHI unless under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). No unlawful, harmful, or prohibited uses.

2) Prompts and outputs; license

You retain ownership of your prompts and outputs. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. Outputs may be non‑unique and may include third‑party material; you must review outputs before use.

3) Third‑party components

Some features rely on third‑party health‑AI services and infrastructure. Additional terms apply to those features and are incorporated by reference. By using those features, you agree to comply with the applicable provider terms and prohibited‑use policies.

  • Use restrictions you must follow: (i) no clinical use; (ii) no use that could cause the provider to be deemed a medical‑device “manufacturer”; and (iii) compliance with all applicable laws and the provider’s Prohibited Use Policy.Prohibited Use Policy.
  • We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe your use violates applicable third‑party terms or these Terms.

4) Service changes & deprecations

We may modify the Service, with reasonable notice where practical. We may set or adjust API rate limits. We will provide a reasonable export window upon deprecation or termination.

5) Payments

If fees apply, you authorize recurring charges, taxes, and adjustments per your plan. Refunds are governed by plan terms.

6) SLAs & support

If offered, uptime targets, maintenance windows, and credits will be described in your plan.

7) Indemnities

You indemnify us for claims arising from your content or unlawful use. We indemnify you for third‑party IP infringement by our Service, subject to customary exclusions and caps.

8) Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the one (1) month preceding the claim. We exclude indirect, incidental, and consequential damages, except where prohibited.

9) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate for breach, legal risk, or harm. Upon termination, we provide a reasonable data export window.

10) Export controls and sanctions

You must comply with applicable export, re‑export, and sanctions laws.

11) Governing law and venue

Greek law governs. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue: Thessaloniki, Greece.

12) Other
